Biography
Born in Summerland, BC, in 1975, Trevor now calls Nanaimo, BC, home. He creates pop art with a modern twist, drawing inspiration from iconic artists such as Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, and Jean-Michel Basquiat. Trevor aims to draw viewers into his work, captivating them with vibrant, colorful pieces that celebrate pop culture and his passion for comic book art.
Approaching his creations as a romance with the artistic process, he diligently works to produce aesthetically pleasing portraits of both people and animals. His background in drawing, combined with his knowledge and experience in screen printing and painting, fuels his imaginative approach. With a solid foundation in art acquired through high school and post-secondary studies in animation, Trevor possesses a keen eye for design and composition, which is evident in his work.
Throughout his lifelong artistic journey, Trevor has continuously honed his skills, adapting to change and evolving as an artist. This dedication has provided him with a clear direction for expressing his talents and sharing his life experiences through art.
